Job Overview:
1. Develop and formulate R&D strategies and plans, aligning the long-term development roadmap and annual initiatives of the R&D department with the company’s overall business growth strategy, while ensuring that R&D priorities remain in sync with the company’s overarching objectives.
2. Stay abreast of industry technology trends, conduct forward-looking technical research and build up technological reserves to provide proactive guidance for the company’s product innovation and technology upgrades.
3. Lead the R&D team, responsible for assembling, nurturing, and managing the team; develop a well-structured team framework with clear job responsibilities, thereby enhancing the team's overall technical expertise and innovation capabilities.
4. Manage R&D projects, taking full responsibility for the company’s product development initiatives—including project initiation, planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management—to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
5. Coordinate cross-departmental communication and collaboration, working closely with departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Production to ensure that R&D outcomes are seamlessly translated into products and successfully launched onto the market.
6. Technological innovation and quality control: We encourage the team to pursue technological advancements, driving the adoption of new technologies and processes in our products to enhance their competitiveness.
Job requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher, aged 30–45, with a background in food engineering or bioengineering-related fields;
2. Over 8 years of R&D experience in the food industry, including at least 3 years specifically focused on freeze-dried food development.
3. Priority will be given to candidates with research and development achievements in new products and processes within the freeze-dried food and snack food industries.
4. For candidates with exceptionally strong overall qualifications, age, education, and professional requirements may be appropriately relaxed.
