Job Overview:
1. Develop the company’s financial strategy by outlining long-term financial goals and tactics aligned with the company’s growth objectives and business plans, providing robust financial insights to support decision-making across the organization.
2. Participate in the company’s key strategic decisions, analyzing and evaluating projects such as investments, financing, and mergers & acquisitions from a financial perspective, and providing expert recommendations.
3. Financial management and oversight: Establish and refine robust financial management systems and processes to ensure the standardization and regularization of financial operations, monitor compliance with these systems, and proactively mitigate financial risks.
4. Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial information to support management decision-making.
5. Manage company funds effectively by carefully planning cash inflows and outflows, optimizing the funding structure, enhancing capital efficiency, and ensuring the safety of financial resources.
6. Organize the preparation of the company's annual budget, coordinate budgeting efforts across departments, monitor and analyze budget execution, and promptly adjust and optimize the budget as needed.
7. Conduct cost accounting and cost analysis, develop cost control measures, reduce company operating costs, and enhance the company’s profitability.
8. Tax Planning and Risk Management: Develop tax planning strategies, identify and assess the financial risks facing the company, formulate risk response plans, establish a risk early-warning system, and proactively prevent and mitigate financial risks.
Job requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher, aged 30–45, with a background in Accounting, Financial Management, or Finance-related fields;
2. Over 8 years of experience in financial management within large enterprises, with at least 3 years specifically in roles related to CFO responsibilities.
3. Candidates with experience in investment and financing or working at a publicly listed company will be prioritized.
4. For candidates with exceptionally strong overall qualifications, age, education, and professional requirements may be appropriately relaxed.
