Job Overview:
1. Production Operations Management: Based on sales orders and market demand, scientifically develop production plans, and efficiently allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure that production tasks are completed on time, with consistent quality and in the right quantities. Closely monitor the production process, optimize manufacturing techniques, and introduce advanced production technologies and equipment to continuously enhance productivity and product quality. Additionally, establish a robust production quality control system, rigorously enforce quality standards at every stage of production, and promptly address any quality issues that arise.
2. Team Building and Management: Responsible for assembling, training, evaluating, and motivating the production team to enhance overall team quality and business capabilities; fostering a positive work environment, strengthening team cohesion and execution power, and establishing a highly collaborative and efficient production team.
3. Cost Control and Management: Develop and implement production cost control targets by focusing on areas such as raw material procurement, production process optimization, and equipment maintenance, aiming to reduce energy consumption and overall production costs. Regularly analyze cost data to identify key cost-control areas and opportunities for improvement, and then propose targeted cost-control measures and recommendations.
4. Safety and Compliance Management: Establish and improve robust safety management systems and operational procedures, strengthen safety training and education, and ensure a safe production process free from accidents. Additionally, guarantee that all production activities comply with relevant national laws and regulations, industry standards, and the company’s internal rules and policies, while promptly addressing inspection findings and compliance requirements related to environmental protection, safety, and other areas.
5. Cross-Departmental Coordination and Communication: Maintain close communication and collaboration with departments such as R&D, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics to promptly understand the needs of each team, collaboratively address issues arising during production, and ensure the smooth operation of the company as a whole. Additionally, report production progress and any challenges encountered to senior management, providing production-related insights and recommendations to support company decision-making.

Job Requirements
1. Master’s degree or higher, aged 30–45, with a background in food engineering or business administration-related fields;
2. More than 5 years of experience in production and operations management within a large enterprise, with at least 3 years specifically in a role related to the position of Production Director.
3. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the management and production of deep-processing frozen-dried or fruit/vegetable food products.
4. For candidates with exceptionally strong overall qualifications, age, education, and professional requirements may be appropriately relaxed.
